Hedgehog In The Fog is Yuri Norstein’s stop-motion animation film from 1975. It is known for its allegorical storytelling style and is considered one of the best anime films ever made. The film has won several awards, including “best animated film” at the Frunze All-Union Film Festival in 1976 and the Tehran Children’s and Youth Film Festival in the same year. In 2003, it was ranked as the number one animated film of all time at the Tokyo All Time Animation Best 150 in Japan and Worldwide.
